Jade Robert was born in Saint-Denis, Reunion Island (France) in 1996. She graduated from Grenoble INP – Phelma School with a Biomedical Engineering degree with a specialization in Medical Imaging (2018).

Her interest for innovative medical devices and medical imaging lead her to join the LabTAU for a PhD project aiming at developing a transoesophageal probe to treat cardiac arrhythmias using High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU). Her work consists in developing and implementing ultrasound imaging modalities to guide the positioning of the probe, optimize the treatment planning and monitor lesions formation after HIFU treatment.
