Raphaël LOYET was born in Moutiers, France, in 1983. He got an engineer Master degree at IMAC (Image Multimedia Audiovisual and Communication) in 2006. He got a Master degree in Art Science and Technology at Grenoble University in 2007 and a PhD in computer science an acoustics in 2012 on the topics of “Dynamic sound rendering of complex environments”.

Since 2014 he works on the simulation of HIFU propagation in tissues and Bio Heat Transfer Equation solving. He especially deals with algorithmic and GPU optimizations in the research project CIVA Healthcare.
