Gabrielle studied Fundamental Physics at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon. She graduated in 2019, after pursuing a double diploma with the Ecole Centrale de Lyon, obtaining an engineering degree aside from her Master’s degree. She got a specialization in Bio-engineering and nanotechnologies.

She joined the LabTAU in 2019 to conduct her master thesis and is currently conducting a PhD project. Her work aims at developing new techniques of elastography at the microscopic scale. Her goal is to perform a mechanical characterization of cells through the study of the propagation of shear waves inside those cells. It could provide new informations about the mechanical behaviour of cells, allowing doctors to understand better certain diseases.
