Tristan Jaouen has a Bioinformatics and Modeling Engineering degree from the Lyon National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) since 2018. His cursus included a semester at Aalto University School of Chemical Technology and School of Science in Helsinki (Finland). He worked at the International Agency for Research Cancer (IARC, World Heath Organization) in Lyon in 2017 and at bioMérieux in Marcy-L’Etoile in 2018.
He has been working at LabTAU since 2018 as a PhD student to develop analysis of MR images for computer-aided diagnostic of prostate cancer. His work in data mining, deep learning and biostatistics contributes to the improvement of tumors characterisation.
