Geoffroy DITAC

Geoffroy DITAC was born in Lyon, France, in 1994. He studied medicine in University Claude Bernard (Lyon, France) and in 2017 he started a cardiology residency in Lyon University Hospital (Hospices Civils de Lyon).
His main clinical and research fields are cardiac electrophysiology and cardiomyopathies. He aims to develop new technics to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias.

He is currently studying a Master degree in biomedical engineering (Medical Imaging Signal & System) in Polytech Lyon (Lyon, France). He is working at the Labtau (INSERM Unit 1032) on the conception of a transesophageal HIFU probe for ablation of cardiac arrhythmias.
